Visitors and members have different privileges. Some one wanting to become a member must register with an indication to join the "Virtual One Family" of Odia heritage at this community Site. The system then sends an email with confirmation code which you need to activate. After this step,  an official or administrator will have to approve the registration meeting all prerequisites (such as any membership fees) to provide you access appropriate for your membership level.
